Pros
A small company of 20 or more employees. Medical and dental benefits are good. The people who benefit from their products live a better quality life.
Cons
Employees with bad attitudes are allowed to wreck havoc. Upper management doesn't get involved in conflicts. Your internet usage is monitored. Your monitored by other employees. Asian employees are extremely rude. Unprofessional coworkers and general laziness. Timesheet theft reported and brushed under the table.

Extremely rewarding place to work. You change people's lives with the products that are created. Management is generous with medical benefits and leisure time.
Cons
Spend more money on office.
