1) Design managers don't know stuff themselves always depending on senior staff to rise to the occasion 2) The upper management a board full of old buffoons who don't know anything except for making bad decisions and working people over time

Dedicated lower level employees continuously give their best despite seeing what's going on around them. Dedicated group of "workers".

Cons

"Workers" are over tasked. Salaries are way under average. Too many empty promises from management. Employees are not respected, recognized or rewarded.
