Pros
Loved the relaxed culture. It’s a small start up, so there’s often lack of process and therefore you have a lot of autonomy over your work, but you also have to make up the process as you go along. Coworkers were really nice. Wellness Fridays.
Cons
There were lots of changes to strategy and turnover was strangely high even though people are nice. I can understand why people think this place is toxic though - the constant change in direction becomes a lot. Due to all the layoffs and turnovers, it proves that everyone is replaceable. I actually liked my job & respect the leaders, but left because strategy kept changing and I got tired of redoing projects. That type of work just wasn’t for me.
