Pros
Bish is a premium company that gives a majority of its customers great design and products. Flexible work arrangements. Autonomy.
Cons
Incredibly backstabbing environment which leads to discourse and dysfunctional working relationships between team members and outside business partners. Hurtful COO to company culture - are you here or aren't you? It's CEO's way or the highway, there is no collective think-tank of how to be better together. Company should be sold to bring true customer value and change senior management - CEO, COO.
