Pros

Extremely knowledgeable co-workers with broad personalities

Cons

Too many go getters that trample over anyone who they feel get in their way or slow them down.

Pros

I have only been here a short time, so keep that in mind. * Working From Home The allow working from home for certain things. Being relatively new, I've worked from home for a couple days and haven't had anything said to me. I'm someone who prefer to come to work and interact, and the office environment makes it even more enjoyable to come in. While some people would list it as a con that telecommuting isn't encouraged, I think it's a big pro that they want everyone to be there but also don't mind if you need to be remote some days. * Very flexible work hours The have a set time they would like people to come in (7-9) and a set time they would like them to leave (4-6). So long as you get your stuff done, they're happy. * Invests in personal education, both financially and actively encouraging it * Monthly company events. Recently it was bowling and a trip to a baseball game. Next it's a huge picnic! * The health benefits are better than I've seen for a private, non-government contractor. * Nerf gun wars! * Encourages people to uplift those around them and work as a team I cannot stress this enough. This is the only company I've worked with that actively tries to point out the good things people are doing. If only people weren't so busy being awesome that they could take some time to recommend others! * Hesitant to try something new, unless you can demonstrate it offers value This is a pro to me. They aren't just flat out resistant to change, and the don't change things just because. They take the mature, sensible approach, which is to see if it adds value in the long run. * Happiness Coordinator. They hired someone whose job is to basically get to spoil people. I mean, come on. * Snacks, coffee, and drinks! Beware if you lack self control. * Social atmosphere. Everyone, from the top down, is willing to take a moment to talk with their coworkers. * Leadership and management are always willing to talk * They do their best to make sure you have all the tools you want and need (within reason) to enjoy your job. If you can explain why you need it without having to think about it, you can pretty much get it. This is, hands down, the best company I've ever worked for. I hope I stick around for quite some time.

Cons

I have only been here a short time, so keep that in mind. * No 401k contributions yet, though they say that will start in 2018 (I have no reason to doubt them, but it is a con for now) * Stated contributions will be 4%. Local industry tends to offer up to 5%, but you can also say it's made up in all the other perks

Pros

There are so many pros like pay, benefits, and the way people are treated. One great story to exemplify this is one employee who got very sick after only working there for 6 weeks. The company paid him for 3 months until Long Term Disability kicked in and even then they have been paying his health insurance and it has been nearly a year now he has been out.

Cons

There can be a bit of entitlement and the grass is greener issues. There are three divisions that all run very differently. Software Engineering, Managed Services, and Digital Marketing.
