no growth(), so you will chill with local snacks from Sowkarpet area. maybe pro for some who want less salary.

Cons

salary is horribly low. micro-management at peak. Partiality based promotions, esp when you do not say yes and nod like a machine. no culture at all. treat you like beggars.
