Pros
Positive momentum increasing in revenue and market share. After a series of harsh cuts, almost everyone left is an individual contributor, good culture of getting things done and not much red tape.
Cons
Company success is strongly tied to the price of Bitcoin. What the employees do doesn't really matter as long as the website stays up. There is no innovation, just improvement on the existing product offering & copying competitors
