Gaslighting, non honorable policies and copying of industry leader. Not innovative just copying and now not doing a good job of it.

Teams work across department lines to help one another and accomplish company-wide as well as department-wide goals; employees are knowledgeable and bring a wealth of experience to the table; company culture is positive and ethical, and provides an excellent environment in which to grow personally and professionally; staff opinions and concerns are heard and valued; continued expansion in the company allows for advancement.
