Pros
As a new part-time employee, I’ve had a very positive experience so far. The team is welcoming, communication is clear, and I’ve been given meaningful work that helps me learn quickly. I appreciate the flexibility and the trust given to part-time staff. It’s a good place to grow skills and understand the business.
Cons
Since I’m part-time, I sometimes have limited visibility into long-term projects and cross-team decisions. A bit more structured onboarding/documentation for new joiners would make the initial ramp-up even smoother.
