Great opportunity for side hustle Class schedule time is very flexible. Students are mostly professionals
Cons
Their evaluation system for salary rate is questionable and no transparency. You cannot block a rude student so you have to deal with them even if they rebook your class repeatedly. For their teaching platform system, you are to blame in your internet connection even if it's their system's fault (student will give you low score after the class). and lastly, management always said they heard us but they never taken an action. It's ironic how their materials preach about healthy and ethical work culture but never applied in their business.
