Wow, you've been with us for 5-7 years and still have some good things to say about us. I'm thankful for that. As for the KPI changes not being friendly to trainers, you are right. But please understand that I made the changes to improve our quality of service. To do this, I made the targets more demanding so that trainers would have to reach higher goals. So, of course, it's not a popular decision. However, it's a necessity to survive in this competitive industry. So many trainers who joined before the changes have complained that the targets are too strict while many of the newer trainers tell us the targets are reasonable and the rate increases are generous compared to the other schools they've worked at. Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. Glad you are enjoying your time with us. Remember we don’t actually pay a salary. We pay professional fees because as a trainer you are not an employee but a professional consultant. Our rates are based on performance. You perform great and you get a great rate. You perform so so and you get a so so rate. For starters, you get the lowest rate because you haven’t proven yourself yet. As you consistently perform well, you’ll notice your rate consistently increase. If you teach full time, you can move from the lowest 140php/hour rate to 230php/php in the first year.
