Cons
Toxic work culture, leadership is extremely hypocritical and actively participates in making people they don’t like feel small and worthless to the organization. Processes are unclear but no accountability is taken by those who set the processes up despite verbally acknowledging that these gaps and challenges exist. I have never left a place feeling more disrespected and undermined than I did after leaving here. The high salaries are the hook so you shut up and accept the toxicity and dysfunction. Vendors were hired based on personal relationships regardless of how they performed, and there were highly inappropriate behaviors outside of work.
