Pros
My fellow employees were all lovely and kind. One of my favorite thing about working there was how much my coworkers tried to uplift one another and build each other up. The culture encourages asking questions and constantly learning.
Cons
The business goals are constantly shifting. While this is normal for startups, this also was coupled with frequent layoffs, giving an unstable feeling. It also meant your workload was higher.
