Pros
Blockgraph has been able to attract really top notch talent due to a clear vision, exciting new technology, and a great company culture centered around collaboration with teammates and customers. Employees are made to feel valued and welcome to the company and encouraged to take on hard / solve hard problems. Having the backing of three leading media and technology companies, but the autonomy to set strategy and execute makes Blockgraph a great place to work for those who like the excitement and fast paced culture of the startup but want to have a meaningful impact on day one.
Cons
Like any growth startup, Blockgraph has to continue to strike the right balance on building out repeatable processes while continuing to be innovative and forward looking. This has not been a problem, but could become one.

This is a team of really smart people and you're working to make a big impact on an industry in need of new tech. You will learn a lot and be forced outside of your comfort zone.
Cons
There are some challenges working with newer technologies and software deployment processes. Different from a SaaS product. The company is at a stage where it is experiencing some growing pains but there is an opportunity to make a big impact.
