      Pros

      The mission of the company is valid and worth fighting for. Peers are hard-working, smart and friendly

      Cons

      Senior management is splintered and not all on message. Sales management is lazy and lies to pacify others. There is little communication between the CEO and staff.

      A media compay that doesn't know how to communicate

      -smart teams and eager colleagues -fair salaries -open to WFH a few days a week to many employees

      Cons

      -no communication from the top down -culture of fear -little product innovation -not enough drive to keep on top of trends and marketplace -employees do not feel valued -offices are depressing and silent
