      Pros

      This has to be the best company I have ever worked for, it has a great work environment and people genuinely care about you and your well being. A company where your opinion is taken into account, where how you feel is important. They have a great salary margin, bonuses are well distributed, and they make an effort to keep employees happy. Having an environment where you feel comfortable and cared about is a once in a lifetime.

      Great Company To work!

      Pros

      - Great projects - Great community and work environment - The payment process/billing is pretty straight forward - And the most important, they team is most like a group of friends, all of they are very helpful, supportive With Blue coding i've discovered what is to have a really good work-life balance, and i've learned a lot on the projects assigned by them!

      - No cons for the moment, i'm really glad about being part of this company
