      Office culture in immature and uneducated. They seem to like those types the best. Valuable employees have been fired while others who do nothing remain.

      Laid back dress code, easy to learn software, decent benefits. company is really growing and attempting to expand. Nice people to work with and customer base is mainly local.

      Management is a bully, if you do not fear management or brown nose you will be the subject of their mire on a regular basis. Wishy washy attitude.
