Pros

Nice work environment, fun colleagues.

Cons

Dishonest management, both with staff and clients. Extremely top-heavy organization. Claim to be data driven, but use little more than Excel to isolate trends. Old, tired technology. Long, long hours.

Pros

The people here are great. Cindy Brown, the CEO, is one of the most inspirational women I've ever worked for. There's fantastic transparency into the state of the business directly from the executive level. Coworkers are fun bunch!

Cons

You have very little empowerment when it comes to committing to work. Account Managers and Directors will commit to doing work for clients that then falls on you, and no one will consult you first. Makes for an awful work-life balance.

Pros

Promotions for the manager/owner favorites. Everyone else (everyone) gets passed over or put off. So a Pro if you're a favorite. Compensation and benefits are good.

Cons

Owner/management mis-represents the truth (lies), changes expectations without warning and very often (accusing people who don't conform of being inflexible), bad-talks former employees and competition. The lack of ethics is rampant throughout the management/ownership/board. They use you up and spit you out. Often, we worked 12+ hour days, 7 days per week - which is expected in this type of industry, but not ALL YEAR ROUND. NO work/life balance.
