      Mission driven with smart, talented colleagues and nice work-life balance. Excellent health & wellness benefits.

      Cons

      - Absentee CEO of nonprofit makes ~20 times the lowest-salaried employee. Her office is empty 29 days of the month. - Senior mgmt team has limited accountability and agency over overall direction/priorities/goals/tone of the organization. - Lots of management turnover. - Stale board with little to no board turnover in decades - Lack of opportunities for employee feedback

      Great professional development and solid benefits. You help out a significant number of people and this allows you to feel rewarded during your job.

      Cons

      Management is not supportive, difficulty in giving feedback. The office is also not designed to give you a positive environment.
