Pros

Company Location is good but only CP one. It is very accessible.

Cons

1. Extra Delay in salary-they does not care if you have to pay fines because of their delays. 2. Highly Unprofessional 3.They Only Think the employees as their pawns and not as co-workers which is so not human. 4.If you are no good to them they can FIRE you at any point in time. 5.They Deduct money for mere small things. 6.The higher management is a ROOKIE who does not knows how to manage staff with good care, they follow dictatorship rule rather than believing in teamwork. 7. They do have any retention policies for their employees. 8.To manage finances in their own company is a MAJOR task for them.

Pros

If you get an assistant manager position and your manager is Ms. Bhanupriya or Ms. Shirley, you are lucky as you will learn a lot with them. Other managers are STUPID.

Cons

Work culture is not that great all they care about is the collection and nothing else. Half of the time they don't even provide services and just keep collecting money.
