Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at BlueWave Computing full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
When I started, the opportunities seemed endless. The employees were like a family and then the whole company got turned upside down before , during, and after the sale. Now all I hear is negative and how overwhelmed people are, similar to how I felt before.
Cons
Horrible salary compensation structure and don't plan on having a life without feeling guilty.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at BlueWave Computing full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Flexible work schedules. Great place to learn and grow. As a growing company there is plenty of room for internal promotion and personal growth. I've had to interface with several other MSPs in the Atlanta area, while I haven't worked for them, Bluewave seems far and away better.
Cons
This is IT, you are pretty much on call all the time. There is a strong focus on metrics. Be prepared to bill by the hour.
