The company monitors calls and technician screens for "QA". It can be a bit frustrating when you need to do something on your lunch break knowing that your screen can be viewed.
It's really hard to find an IT shop thats flexible with co-workers who you can have a conversation with. The job is great for people who can managed their time and own their tasks. Many techs work from home and rarely go to customer sites to resolve most issues.

If you're not organized, this place isn't for you. They provide great tools and equipment to work remotely but it's hard for some people to stay focused outside of the office. If you don't produce, your paycheck will definitely show it.
