agents and anyone under management is the difference

underpay micromanagement no bonus or incentive other than pizza forcing culture when the management doesn't even look at you fear of the company's future

* Smart, caring cowokers. * Fantastic team managers. * Improving product * Great benefits

Cons

* Base salary is well-below industry average, with no salary review after one year. Simply not enough to live in Dublin. * Bonus targets are unrealistic and unattainable * Deep lack of organisational support for customer-facing teams, expecting continuously increasing numbers without investing in the product, team size, or tools (Zendesk Sell is the CRM!). * Deals are won on price, rather than value. * High employee churn thanks to the above.
