Pros

Congrats, You have a job.

Cons

This company only cares about the bidding process, and to fill the seats within their respective commands. Once they have you locked in, good luck getting a pay raise, or moving up. Only when no one else is left, will you be promoted; only when Big Daddy CACI needs a higher level "analyst". And even then, it'll be a hassle, as this creates another issue with replacing your seat. Terrible benefits; they do not have a matching 401k. Health insurance is completely out of your pocket. Pay increases are non existent. They expect to recruit prior service military, and have them use their VA benefits to compensate for their lack of coverage. ***I expressed my concerns about certain individuals within the team/ task I was assigned to. In three months, all I heard was that they would "work on it", but miraculously never got around to them. Towards the end, I sent emails, calls, and even expressed my issues directly with the CEO Rick Ford, and he never answered any of my calls/ emails. This continued until there was an issue with the person I was having an issue with, and it ended up costing me my employment and reputation. 'Til this day, I've yet been afforded the opportunity to collect my belongings I left behind. It's easy to see why this CEO started this company after he destroyed one prior... or as he says, "difficulty achieving the mission".

Pros

Having new computers to work on are a plus.

Cons

There is no set salary range for positions. Bluehawk employs Mid-Level Intelligence Analysts , with yearly salaries ranging from $75,000 to over six figures. While also having some Senior Level Intelligence Analyst in the mid/upper $90,000 range.  Bluehawk employees are strongly discouraged from discussing salary with one another (despite the fact that they can do so without repercussions under Virginia Pay Transparency Law). To combat pay disparities, the organization should standardize both the pay range and the work qualifications required for the position. It is important for a company to enable employee growth, development, and new opportunities. However, currently there is no pay raise, bonus, or promotion structure in place at Bluehawk.
