Pay is okay enough, if you're lucky.

Cons

Disorganized, apathetic, safety hazards, no communication, you raise concern over not having materials/needing something to complete a job or order, silence. You can't complete the job/order/task because you said you don't have what you need a month ago but now its your fault. Blind leading the blind. Only work here if you're desperate.
