Pros

Friendly co-workers, amazing benefits (health insurance, gym membership, free snacks, etc.), a small-company atmosphere, and hip South End location.

Cons

Depending on what department you work in, you're either heaped with praise or hopelessly overworked and ignored (see: the Creative team!). The company is overly ambitious and thinks it can handle more work than is actually reasonable. The work is pretty boring and monotonous.
