Benefits (before merge), Great Communication, Opportunity for growth, Remote WFH

Cons

Everything went to hell during the merge. Benefits dropped, no one knows what they are doing and the culture has become wildly toxic. Zero diversity!

Started here because of the people and that is still the reason I have stuck around for so long.

Cons

Lots of change happening as we work on merging to become Tegria. There has been a lot of turnover recently that is starting to effect the team's outlook.

Pros

It used to be a cool place to work and now nps score has taken a dive, so what's the company's solution to that? Stop giving out nps surveys. Best place to work? A marketing scheme where the slot is paid for not based on actual democratic process. Lots of people that started with the company are leaving in droves while leaving with those clenching to the life raft to absorb the workload.
