Where to begin? Blufish touts itself as a "family," but every year the owner picks off staff to save money, then rolls up in a new car, goes on an extravagant vacation, and is not to be heard or seen of for weeks. There's some shady accounting going on where clients are overbilled, double billed, etc. The lure of employee profit sharing is a joke because each year the owner never puts money into the profit sharing account. Like the other reviews stated, there's a lot of greed going on here.

The owner is never around and it's apparent that he just takes a lot from the company. He never talks to the employees and only communicates with the dept. heads.
