I dont think there was any pros.

Cons

My time at BoConcept was the worst professional experience I’ve had. The management not only micromanages every detail and talks to employees in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, but I also witnessed unethical practices, including stealing. It was a toxic, high-pressure environment where integrity and employee well-being were clearly not a priority. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

A good company to work with but not good set of people to share you're workspace with. BoConcept was my dream brand and will always be. It has his own charm and recognition which is quite exuberant !

Cons

Shallow-minded employees ! Insecurities ! Definetely the team lacks commuication ! Self-centered mindsets
