Pros
There are some very experienced and smart people working there, including the managament. People know how to produce stuff well. It's a great opportunity to learn.
Cons
There is no collegial atmosphere. It's very hierarchical. Management manipulates employees in underhanded and unfair ways. Overall management seems not to care about the individual careers of its employees despite being relatively small in size. The company claims that encourage people to seize opportunities, but is not at all open about where those opportunities may arise. It's junior staff are not treated as apprentices, rather they're assistants there to do the worst kind of grunt work.
