      get short term work experience

      What a horrible experience I had! The boss doesn't know how to manage the employees at all! Employees usually quit after 2 or 3 days work. And the boss tells you to sell his iphone to sustain the company revenue! Ridiculous!

      small company, chance to get involved in many aspects of business and learn a lot of things. friendly and easy-going working environment.

      Cons

      disappointing compensation/salary. old technology and poorly documented legacy systems. unstable team, use a lot of temporary unpaid interns to do the work.
