Pros

Not a lot to say here. You’ll probably end up having to do someone else’s job..so that could count as experience?

Cons

This isn’t a good place to work. And that sentiment is echoed by everyone from directors to people answering phones. It’s a fear-based, finger pointing culture and a black hole of gas lighting. Here’s what’s in store for you: An overwhelming workload, conflicting objectives, unclear expectations, inadequate resources and aggressive micro managing. Here’s what you’ll get in return: No HR department, no benefits, unfair pay, no resources, no clear path to growth, an unclear job description, no culture and no organizational structure. Just ask about their turnaround rate or how many times they’re tried to “restructure” the company. If you’re looking to work at BPM, you’d better look elsewhere. And if you take the chance and go through with the interview, listen to that feeling that something is “off”. I can tell you from experience, it most certainly is.

Pros

Can’t think of anything positive to say about this company

Cons

My experience, as well as many others, were AWFUL. The COO, Emily Taylor, constantly gaslights her people. She has made very inappropriate comments in regard to people’s sexuality and race. Do not work here.

Pros

There was absolutely no pros to working here, maybe the fact that there was free coffee? That's it.

Cons

The environment is horrible, it's a "I will step on you to get ahead." Workload is super overwhelming and your managers will not care one bit if you can't handle it. No one will help you succeed and it is not an healthy place to be. Teams should work together to accomplish the main goal and boiling point will give you a project and kick you until its completed with no help at all. Pay was horrible, no benefits, constant stress on your life and mental state. If you are looking for a place to work, look over this company. Avoid boiling point media at all costs.
