      Pay is good. Raises are consistent

      If you or someone you know is a special needs person and is considering working here, run the other way. Fast!! The current manager is overwhelming, giving order after order as to what to do. Then if you have 2 seconds of down time, you are sent home for not having anything to do. Yelling at all the employees whether it's needed or not. Employees yelling at each other. Oderes are hardly ever right.
