Pros
- They give you a full case of Boochcraft every month - Most people lower in the company are awesome, minus the execs; they are horrible people
Cons
- They will use you to fix what they have broken and create SOPs/structure, then will let you go and pay someone a quarter of what you made to maintain your work because it is cheaper than keeping you. - The exec team refuses to use logic and makes decisions based on feelings. This causes them to lose money and resources constantly, and if you go against what they have to say, you risk losing your job. - Tries to compare themselves to Juneshine without having a Juneshine budget. - No one outside of the brewery and taproom have any experience with alcohol or bars, so most of the time they have no idea what they are dealing with or what they are talking about. - Overall: cheap, don't know what they are actually doing, and definitely going under.
