      Pros

      The people here are very smart, kind and capable. The product teams are set up in a way that gives a lot of freedom in how teams want to work internally. There is a big potential for the company to keep growing fast.

      Cons

      There are a lot of products which are still finding market fit, and it can be very challenging to navigate products that don't make money. The leadership can be tricky to navigate, but they are very open to trying new things if you have data to show for it. These are very typical scale up problems, when company is trying to grow and acquire new customers.
