Pros
Company is driven by goals and deliverables rather than policies. Always focused on sustainable growth of us as well as company. Treated as a contributor rather than an employee. When I had to be there for my family during the pandemic, founders personally helped me get through it.
Cons
When working from home, there is a little less intra team communication.
