Pros
Working here will make you question how did you end up here and force you to reevaluate your life choices. You'll quickly feel motivated to find a better job with better pay.
Cons
The compensation is terrible and there are no benefits at all. The workplace environment is depressing and the work is unfulfilling. The turnover rate is very high and the CEO takes advantage of people who are desperate for a job and use that to exploit them. There is little to no growth in this company other than a fancy title; prospective employers will not care if you were "chief x", "lead y", or "senior z" in a company this small.

Coworkers are friendly and won't hesitate to help you as best as they can. Even though the team is located in different time zones, communication flows smoothly and response times are usually short. The company is constantly in pursuit of innovation, so you will likely get to work on several different projects. In particular, if you are in the development team, you often can also choose what projects you want to work on, so you can explore new technologies and add some variety to your day-to-day work. Everyone has a say in product decisions. No matter what department you are in. If you want to contribute with any sort of ideas, rest assured that your voice will be heard. Boomset has great customers who are frequently willing to share product feedback. When that happens, team members from different departments engage in conversations with these customers, and their requests are always taken very seriously. This focus on the customer translates into a rewarding and motivating experience. The company constantly receives positive comments about new features implemented based on customer feedback.
Cons
Because Boomset is so dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to its customers, in the past, the company would try to finish too many projects at the same time - in my opinion. I think that's normal for startups, and it's part of the "startup mindset". But I'm glad this has changed over time, and the teams/departments are much more focused now.
