Good Hours for all employees, plus great incentives. Bonuses and great work place atmosphere for freshers, new employees and senior executives. Contact with everyone.

Cons

Pay is questionable in comparison to industry standards and sometimes bonuses are hard to reach. Location is out of the way for many people.
