Pros
Casual dress code, Discounts on apparel, Gained experience wearing multiple hats, Some coworkers genuinely care and make the job a nice work life balance
Cons
Product quality doesn’t match brand messaging, veteran owned company but everything is made in china... Low wages with little to no room for growth yet there seems to be growing expansion for the larger company, if there is continued talk about record profits give back to employees, Outdated practices and resistance to innovation from higher ups who aren't trying new designs or actual product research, iinvest in a testing and research team if you want clothes to last more than a few washes - clothing falls apart - does not keep up with industry style trends, overbearing "tight-knit" culture limits autonomy. either run as a big company or small company in a really weird in between right now that is a mess - Too large to be “small,” too disorganized to be “corporate”. put real effort into improving product quality and staying current zero movement on innovation or new ideas wouldn't exactly say lack of diversity but it can seem that way
