      They don’t give raises, admin is full of gossip and very clicky, they don’t appreciate staff, 1 manager was sleeping with staff too. Its awful

      Pros

      You get to work with a variety of people of all backgrounds and cultures and you develop friendships with your consumers along the way. And there is plenty of hours if you need or want to work extra. Flexible hours for students.

      Cons

      The management is very unprofessional, and unorganized, and they favor certain employees over others. Sometimes they hire questionable people. Sometimes your supervisors will try to guilt you into working more than you can handle. And if you’re a young person don’t really plan on getting any respect from your staff and management won’t take you as seriously. Just because they don’t like you, they can fire you. You can get a bonus for helping someone get a job with them.
