There is a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Lots of turnover due to management. Most people are doing multiple roles without compensation. Little to no training due to turnover. Won’t promote quality candidates from within the company further compounding high turnover rates.

Overall a very good company. Opportunity for advancement was respectable. Very Easy job. Good management. Good work life balance for automotive.

Cons

French seem to get much better treatment, respect, and career advancement. Corporate management can be very out of touch with American corporate culture especially related to the pace and expectations in the automotive industry which can lead to customer friction that you own. Glass ceiling if you dont have a phd or mba. Lots of red tape and moderately woke corp culture.

Management unwilling to learn beyond scope that they’re “good” at Lack of care towards the development of their employees (they have the tools but they don’t know or want to think of ways to utilise it) Hiring “interns” for cheap labour without a clear pathway of how to actually nurture their career Stacking of jobs
