- Retail, weekends are mandatory - The facade of the "embetterment" of employees highly overshadows improving performance - Communication from the top to the rest of the company is abysmal often getting lost in middle management - Integrity, though a "core value" of the company is far from a strong suit - Constant follow up needed on day to day requests and your commission to ensure you are paid properly - They will hire whoever without much vetting, you may work with some unsavory characters
