- Get to experience Fenway Park nearly every game - Great if you are a people person-- get to interact with everyone

- On your feet 98% of the time - Fans get intoxicated and hard to deal with

Pros

Free games and cool events are nice. Some people are fun. Always something entertaining happening around the park.

Cons

Not a lot of work life balance. Spent more time with coworkers than family and friends. Some people are in the office 9+ hours regularly/multiple days a week. Did a lot of work in the office and there was more space for virtual work days than people let on. Could pay more too.
