Large organization, so there are lots of various small perks, like access to the gym, can take free college courses, etc.

Cons

Large organization, so it can be pretty impersonal, and there are times when bureaucracy gets in the way.

I like all my health insurance, you have to schedule appointments competing with students,but it's not too bad.

Cons

Not much, it has a postdoc association, but it is not very active.
