Pros

remote work (but only from Armenia), good folks (but very few)

Cons

Toxic atmosphere, infantile and weak middle managers, disinterest in your future, a clear class division between the "elite" and "everyone else", non-transparent salary formation, too wide salary range for the same position, work for the sake of work, a complete lack of responsibility among some employees, NO career opportunities

Pros

Great team, meaningful mission, and intellectually challenging work in oncology, genomics, and personalized cancer therapy.

Cons

Unclear company direction and inconsistent priorities. The CEO often struggles to articulate a clear vision for the company and can be unpredictable in setting priorities, which creates uncertainty across the organization.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home most of the time. Great team: colleagues are professional, smart, and supportive, especially within my department. Lower-tier management is generally professional and approachable. Occasionally, the tasks are very interesting and engaging. Very good health insurance package. Fitness hub membership offered at a great price. Modern office, always clean, with free food — fruits and pastries in the morning, tasty coffee, great kitchen.

Cons

Periods of overwork and challenges with time management. No opportunities for company-supported education, salary increases, or grade advancement. Strict restriction against working outside of Armenia. Top management tends to be out of touch and often unprofessional. Plans and goals are poorly defined by the upper management.
