Pros

Botree has a genuinely collaborative work culture where the team looks out for each other. Management is accessible and approachable — you can raise concerns and actually be heard. The product domain is meaningful and technically interesting, which keeps you engaged day to day. Work-life balance is respected here; I've rarely felt pressured to work unreasonable hours, and flexible arrangements are supported. There is real scope to grow if you take initiative — cross-functional exposure across frontend, backend, and deployment gives you a rounded skill set quickly. Diversity of thought is welcomed and inclusion is something teams actively practice.

Cons

Like any growing company, processes can sometimes be a work in progress. Occasional ambiguity on priorities, but the team adapts well.

Product serves vibrant domain and has depth

Cons

1. Current set of leadership starting with CEO is taking down this company. He talks endlessly on self praise and enjoys humiliating others in public. He steals credit for all success and picks select hard working employees as scapegoat. 2. Doesn't understand or respect the culture of the floor. Constantly changes idealogies and priorities leaving both employees and customers in a flux. 3. Sales is almost non existent. New wins have dried and they beat delivery team to squeeze existing customers more. Seales leader and CEO spends company money on travel, expensive stays and foods leaving employees in limbo

Pros

The overall management and work culture in the product team were good and supportive. It was also a great place for freshers to learn and gain hands-on experience across the full development cycle, including frontend, backend, database management, and deployment.

Cons

At times, salary hikes were either delayed or not provided, and when given, the increments were relatively small.
