None! Nothing but lies and unethical trainings and customer practices. We are taught to trick and lie to customers.

Cons

The install partner Freedom Forever he’s the most dishonest and unprofessional way to conduct a business I have ever seen in my life. They are extremely incompetent they change their minds on a regular basis they can’t even keep the panels that the homeowners signed a contract for. I have had people pay extra for black on black panels and after install they got black on white backsheet installed and Freedom did nothing about it. Freedom also screws us over with our money they constantly make up additional costs that they are not even doing on the projects you have to watch them like a hawk I would not work for this company, or recommend anyone to do so it’s a waste of time. There are no benefits and it’s strictly a 1099 position and they treat us like they pay us for PTO and everything else with all the demands I thought 1099 was supposed to give you freedom and choice.

Every 1 in 20 make good money.

Cons

It's structured like an MLM. Absolute wolf of wall street bro culture, people only care about you if you're making them money. Field marketers are fodder for Sales to exploit. Sales team are inconsistently knowledgable and will make things up if it gets sale. Lying to customers if encouraged. Turnover is insane. I heard one colleague say "it's best if you can find dumb customers".

Long install times due to poor backend operations from Freedom Forever = longer time to get paid, more customers to keep at bay for months.. Poor company lead generation / prospecting - will need to acquire your own Very high turnover for salesmen Independent contractor, no benefits, no gas/toll stipend
