Pros
Most of the lower level coworkers were nice, good broad range of experience
Cons
Management has some growing up to do. You are expected to bust your butt and work as hard and as long as possible with very little appreciation or compensation. Low pay. Concerns and struggles of employees are met by snarky comments and no genuine effort for improvement.
