Pros

Brainlabs is a fantastic place to work! The work environment is peaceful, and the team is full of talented individuals who are young at heart. The benefits are excellent, with flexible work timings and a healthy, pressure-free atmosphere. It’s truly a great place to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

As I mentioned in my headline, a company will always prioritize its own interests. I dedicated a significant amount of time to Brainlabs, achieved numerous milestones, excelled in my role, and received multiple awards and recognitions. Yet, despite my hard work and commitment, I was underpaid. When I requested a market adjustment for fair compensation, I was simply told that if I found a better opportunity, I should take it. After all the dedication and passion I put into my work, they still let me go without hesitation. This experience was a stark reminder that, no matter how much effort or loyalty you show, a company will always follow its policies above all else.

Pros

Nothing Positive. Very bad in Culture. No Job Security

Cons

Nothing positive to share. The company constantly talks about “culture” and even has a culture code handbook, but neither the management team nor the employees follow it. There is no clarity or transparency about roles, responsibilities, or goals. When you ask questions, you are often given vague or misleading answers, with claims that things are being done at a “global level,” when in reality, there is little to no progress. The work environment is filled with politics, and decision-making lacks clear direction or budget allocation. Employee welfare is not a priority, and simply providing severance pay or basic benefits during layoffs does not compensate for the lack of employee engagement or trust. Overall, the company culture is poor, political, and uninspiring.
