None it is a waste of time.
Cons
You will work long shifts. They tell you it is 10-6, but it is actually 10-8 or 8:30, depending on how far away the retail locations are. Commission only, you as an employee make no money, but everyone at the top does. They are a pyramid scheme. They misled their job info on LinkedIn and interviews. You will be spending hours scamming customers in Walmart to sell services.
